I went to go visit some friends in Rochester over the weekend and I ate clay...twice. I also put some on my face. It is now my new obsession...

With all of the x-rays I have been getting since I broke my elbow I thought this would be a great way to detox! I ate about 1/2 a teaspoon of the clay on Saturday and Sunday - It was powder but as soon as it went in my mouth it started to solidify so I had to drink a ton of water...but it actually wasn't that bad!
